Well-appointed, clean rooms in a good area not far from the centre.

Well appointed rooms. We asked for a larger room as we were staying for 5 nights & they accommodated us. The bathrooms were great and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was part of our room charge which was convenient as buying breakfast in Seoul can be a bit problematic. The staff were polite and helpful. While the entry laneway didn’t look wonderful it is surprising how many good hotels were located in the area. We loved roaming around and walking to a little eatery every night and the locals were great.

Spacious, clean, good location

The rooms were spacious and had soundproof walls. The water was great, and the breakfast was okay. The location of the hotel is great, you can just take one subway or bus to reach any touristic places or even the airport you want. Also, the staff helps with some tours, including DMZ tour.

The breakfast wasn't that satisfying.

Excellent location, sufficiently comfortable facilities and friendly service

The location was excellent! So close to restaurants, Myeongdong and the palaces.

It was a little bit small but that is expected for Seoul and is worth the trade off for the location

Thank you for the wonderful hospitality & stay!

It’s spacious & have more than enough space for luggages. The simple breakfast is sufficient & good. The room is clean.

Maybe we could have asked for another room key as it was quite difficult with one.

Very good stay.

Location, cleanliness and the rooftop terrace.

We were visiting in December, the hotel room was way too hot - 26C we had to use aircon at night to be able to sleep. But that might be okay for some.

Wonderful

Room was great, fancy toilet with lots of buttons, bath and proper hairdryer. Good location, 15 min ish walk to one of the palaces. Nice decor. Warm ( we went in October). Good chicken place round the corner. From the outside the place looked pretty run down but the chicken and potatoes tasted great.

Breakfast was OK.

Spacious room and accessible location for the price but cleanliness needs improvement

The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. There is netflix in the hotel room, and the room was quite spacious. Located within walking distance from Jongno 3-ga station that has multiple connecting subway lines which is quite convenient. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel.

The bathroom is an open doorway which is not convenient if you are trying to use the bathtub in private. The toilet door does not close properly and is quite cramped. The bathtub tap was leaking water, there were few strands of hair in the bathtub and there were multiple stains on the duvet. Called front desk to change the duvet, which they were very quick to send the cleaning staff to change. Door does not have a peephole and no additional locks for safety. Due to the restaurants in the area, there are often drunkards in the late evening/night and does not feel safe if alone.

Everything positive written about this hotel is true - convenient location, large rooms, cleanliness, etc. The staff, in generally, went out of their way to give us directions. I recommend that you walk around the vicinity of the hotel to experience the different character of Seoul. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay and location

The hotel is in a very convenient location. It is close to multiple train lines and easy to access many attractions. The rooms were very clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. The breakfast offered is very simple but enough to get the day started. The area has food and cafes everywhere so don’t worry about going hungry.

good stay, I’ll come back to this place for my next trip!

love the location, jongno 3-ga is centre of everything really highly recommend. the cleanliness is superb, no sticky floor which a lot of accommodation cannot deliver.

first timer might find the place located in a rather shady area as you can see motels in the area, and my first impression was it is a love hotel too.

Convenient and clean place!

Very value for money given the space and location of the hotel! Nearest train station is Jongno3(sam)-go, it can be abit of walking distance in the train station to exit. When first arrived we went a big round as the only exit with a lift is exit 8. For stairs, you can exit from 4/5/6/7/8. For lift at exit 8, cross the road and turn left, then right into the alley towards Hotel (5min walk). For stairs from exit 5, walk straight about 4mins and turn left into alley towards Hotel. The hotel is new and has a grand opening. We received a free upgrade upon checkin and really enjoy the stay even though it was just a day. Very spacious and feels like we booked an apartment. Toilet was spacious with bathtub, small pantry area, super comfortable bed and pillow, big tv screen and has netflix too. Surrounding hotel has many choices of food and restaurants, we had local korean food nearby which was really good. In terms of shopping, there's nothing much to shop for. It's very convenient to travel to other stations.

Lots of walking in the train station when getting from one place to another. The road towards the hotel is not smooth so travelling with luggages can be quite tiring to get to the hotel and getting around.

Clean and comfortable.

Very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. The room was very quiet too, I never heard a neighbor. The location was good, just 5 minutes from a bus stop and a short walk to wherever in Insadong you wanted to go. I recommend staying here.

The window looked out to a very close building next door, but that's really minor. Overall a great stay.
